Indemnification

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold W & M Holdings, Inc. harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against W & M Holdings, Inc. , its agents, its customers, corporation officers and independent contractors, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product or service sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. In summary, Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless W&M Holdings, Inc. against liabilities arising out of;

• any injury to person or property caused by any site, service, or software sold, leased or otherwise distributed in connection with W&M Holdings, Inc.;
• any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party and
• copyright infringement. Customer agrees to limit the liability of W&M Holdings, Inc. to the amount paid for service.
• Loses you incur by not paying money owed to Websites & More.

The client is responsible for all content on their website, not Websites & More. W&M Holdings, Inc. has no liability for your content even if you asked us to write it. You are responsible to review it and ask for changes, if you are not happy with it.
